Is there tax equalization between Canada and the U.S.?  I am employed in Canada and will be assigned onsite to a U.S. client.  Also, will my stay in the U.S. still count for the Canadian citizenship?

thanks...

NO .. you will not be taxed twice ..both usa and canada...
you can claim relief for taxes paid in US. Work with your accountant ....

your time in US will not count towards ur PR, unless you work across the border and come to sleep in canada everynight . LIke  if you worked  @  detroit MI and lived in Windsor ON
