Anyone having SELDEC =4 in CAIPS Notes

Hi,
I have got my Selection Decision,
SELDEC =4 in my CAIPS Notes,Qorax has suggested me that it usually entered if an interview is required.Anyone having this code in his file and appeared/not appeared for an interview,plz suggest.

I just checked my old CAIPS ( year 2008 ) and found the
SELDEC was 4.
There was no interview for me.
