I just want to see how everyone put theirs together and referenced it to documents or pictures.

Honestly I don't understand how some of you do appendixes. That just confuses me more.

Is there a simpler way of doing it?

Hi CMP - all we did (and this is simple beyond belief trust me) was:

1. Proof of relationship: wrote a letter each and paperclipped them to the letters from friends and family.  Attached a typewritten sheet with "Proof of relationship and letters of support".  In those letters they each had an informal timeline such as we met at X on x date then little things little what we had been doing throughout and why we wanted to move [back] to Canada.  We attached emails in date order (oldest first, and only one from every other month which had things like, "can you pick up some wine for dinner honey" just general stuff) and then things addressed to us both from family friends etc (a wedding invite, christmas cards etc - not many, maybe a couple, plus some photo's and boarding passes e-itineries.). 

2. Proof of cohabitation: attached a typewritten cover sheet and listed the items - not detailed, simply 01/01/00 Hydro bill, 01/01/00 c/card statement, 01/06/00 Hydro bill, 01/07/00 c/card statement, 01/01/01 Hydro bill, and so on...  This paperclipped package had items addressed to us both (only one utility company bill from the beginning, middle and current months) along with individually addressed items from beginning, middle and current month.  Arranged them again in date order (oldest first).

We included copies of degrees and educational certificates - don't know if that had any effect at all, but that's it pretty much.  (Along with mandatory items such as photocopy birth certificate etc.)

Same day approval for sponsor and 9 days for London to issue PPR.  Landed in December.  So all in all, it couldn't have been too bad.

We used the check list to write an appendix and contents..

we folow check list by check list..

For now gather evidence and once u have everything.
go through check list for A Sponsor n B Sponsored.. this is how we did ours..

Time line

Married 29/09/2009 , got married cert 04/11/2009

Police cert 13/09/2009   medicals 14/12/2009

Application sent 21/12/2009
Application recd 23/12/2009

sponsor Approved 13/01/2010, letter sent 18/01/2010

Decision made on sponsor 13/01/2010 and sent to Visa Office 13/01/2009

Thank you whoopi83. I am glad to see a more simplier approach to organizing it. I just never understood the appendix thing.
I guess when the time comes and I have everything around me then I can get a better idea of how to group everything.
I just think I am going for a simple approach with it. Nothing too complex.
