On the basis of my US masters degree Canadian university has waived the requirement for IELTS.  The university has accepted me in a masters program in Canada. Is there anyone who got visa from India without IELTS under University or General category?

Just add the letter from US university showing your English Language Proficiency ......I think it will be enough......
