Hi folks,
Has anybody received interview letter for NY office? Or, if anybody who has been through the interview can share their experience, that will be very helpful.

CAIPS report has been ordered to know the exact reason. But, what does the VO look for in an interview?

Thanks in advance.

they usually look for genuineness of Job records, relative's info, PoF.
CAIPS would tell you what the VO had doubts on
Do let us know what your CAIPS says

Sometimes you just get selected randomly, just to test the integrity of the process. That's what happened to me. They didn't really ask me anything significant that would warrant an interview.
