hi Ritu, I felt bit disappointed when I saw your post on some other forum complaining about the process compared to me, we are here to share each others pains and get to some resolution instead of jealous. I understand the frustration of waiting but every case is different and VO takes its time to make decision so be prepared to get some positive response as the Sydney VO is active now and so many people are getting replies. God bless us all.
Darshan, if you have recieved PER, definitely you will be successful, trust in God.

Hi Time 2011, I am not jealous why should I, if u have read that message thoroughly, u will come to know that I am not jealous, I was just giving a scenario to other seniors members....I don't think u can consider this as jealous, u can see tina here, she is already in process, i am very happy for her and ofcourse for u too. because, I think when my turn has to come only then It will come.... so just take it easy and remember I am not jealous.... good luck Ritu |

Dear Ash,  Thanks for reply, WoW I can't belive SO FASttttttttt you get your medical after ecas "In Process"....yes i hope i will get soon mine medical request. Ash, when they send your medical's, did Sydney VO also request you to submit, landing fee + passport + new PCC  When you got your medical's request at that time do you remember that your PCC is valid which you have submit to VO? I'm asking because my AUSTRALIA PCC is expired yesterday as per my knowledge it valid for 6 months only for immigration purpose, so I'm wondering to apply for new AUS PCC and then send urgently to Sydney VO before they ask me.....please reply and guide.. @ Hi Ritu,  thanks ritu yes i hope i will get my medical soon...god bless us....and definately I'm sure when my process complete and go for medicals, then your case will be IN PROCESS.....ritu did you know for how many months our PCC valid? As mine PCC of Australia is dated (28/01/2011) mean now it expired, as 6 months passed. So should i apply for new one, as definately sydney VO will ask to me later.....Is your PCC is valid?  hi..... ya thanks 2 the almighty that our timelines are lil better than other Sydney applicants..... they did ask us for RPRF + PCC....but i do not know when it expires as we did not send our PCC with our initial application to CIO.... but what I realized from other forums is that almost all VO asks for fresh PCC's which is only valid for 6 months so would be a good advise to start getting a new1 if ur country takes very long to process 1.....we did not have a problem of getting 1 as it is fast here>>>>> u can email them and ask if u need to send new 1's....this way they will look at ur file and realise that ur case is pending for long...coz i got my MR request a week afta i asked them about my PCC and informed about change in my employment location.....could be a coincidence but worth a try......though i would strictly advise that not every1 starts emailing VO....they might get frustrated and we all suffer!!!! hope this helps.... regards ash they havn't asked for PPR yet..... |

hi ritu
i would like to tell u that from my last exp i think it will be ur turn to get pcc and medical request if ur application is allright(like nothing missing,any document like birth cert,bank stat,ur transcript etc..) bcz i am also the victim of missing doc(my consultant's fault).i think chinsen,me and ash ali got the 2nd aor and our status changed on the same day.they got the pcc and medical request bt cio(aus) ask me (on 3rd of may) to submit in 60 days(now its more that 73 days) my aunt's birth cert(sponcerer) which was missing and last 6 mnths of bank statement(explain any big deposit in ur a/c is urs).
would like to add here that they also ask to get ready with my and my wife's original transcript if i will ask to attend an interview.
