Dear Alhotmany thank you for prompt response
for me:
 application for permanent residence received on March 23, 2011.
 application reviewed and sent  letter on April 19, 2011.  
 application was reviewed and we started processing on May 24, 2011.
 interview was waied
 medical exam request on June 2,2011
 medical exam done on June 12,2011
 medical results have been received on June 25,2011
 PRPF have been sent on July 6,2011

Plz from your experience inform me howlong it will take for me to request for passports???
How they inform me by e-mail or letter?
Shall I send case spesific inquiry for them?

my status is "reiceved by visa office""..

You are nearing the end of the process.

Processing time after medicals is usually 3-6 months depending on the workload of the Paris office.

You may send them a case status inquiry after ( but not before ) 6 months from the date your medicals were received by the visa office.
PPR requests usually arrive by email, unless you have NOT provided a valid email address on the application. In that case, it will come by normal post at the address you mentioned on the application.
Hopefully you will get you PPR very soon.

Can you tell me what is your NOC? I applied in 2010 still waiting for medicals.
