Hello everyone..I paid online for my application but the result was transaction not approved..but credit card deducted the amt..how many days till they approve and send me the IMM5401 to my email?I paid 48hours ago.thanks for help.Godbless

Don't worry..

It will be credited to your card in a short time..

That notice means your transaction has not been approved yet and you need to pay fees again...you might want to use another credit card...

Thank you very much..actually I got a mistake in clicking in which boxes to pay.but I paid over the total of my sponsoring spouse fee.and I got mistake also the address of my husband credit card.I used his new address in nova scotia but his credit card address in edmonton..is this a conflict?thanks...

yes different mailing address could be the problem..

Make sure you enter correct information... and you certainly need to repay the fees as your previous transaction was not approved... you can use the same card with correct info or you might have to wait if you are exceeding your card limit if you re pay the fees now as previous deduction from your credit card might take 48-72 hrs more to get credited..

the other option is to go to a financial institution mentioned on CIC web site and pay there...
