I am going to apply the re-entry visa at Buffalo. I did once last year. I just found the application form has been changed.
have some question here:
1. I just renewed my Passport. do i need submit it with the photocopies of my old Passport?
2. Poof of Sufficient funds: I am going to send a Employment Letter. Do I still need to provide bank statements or pay slips?

I am not sure..but i did sent the proof of the fund and pay stub. I renewed my passport too but i didn't send the old one that has VOID written in it.

Hi Joycelam,
I have applied my re-entry visa last February 2011 thru Fort Errie,Ontario, its the same processing because they forwarded all application also to Buffalo,although its a little bit faster because they wil sending all application there for visa stamping only.,anyway regarding the answer your questions.
1. Yes you need to submit a photocopies of your old passport most important your old passport number and old re-entry visa they issued to you.
2.If you belong to the live in caregiver program you don't need to send a proof of sufficient funds,but because if you don't fill up those questionaire in the new computrized application fom you cannot validate your application right? so what i did in my application i just put CAD5000 in that questionaire which represent my savings in my checking account.The letter of employment is very important you should include this in your application but NO you don't need to send them bank statements or pay slips.

I don't think I will get my PR in next year ,2012.

Joycelam, yes definitely you can apply for a multiple re-entry visa this will cost you CAD150 (I ALSO APPLIED A MULTIPLE RE-ENTRY VISA ) i am also waiting for my PR... you are welcome!  |

Hi, BOYZONE2, Thank you for sharing the timeline here. After 7 months u sent ur PR & OWP, you got the LC2 kit. I sent my PR & OWP on March, 2011. Hopefully I will get it in the end of this year. you got the DECISION MADE Since APRIL 2011, Does that mean you got the stage 2 approval? Here's my timeline:

i am in the process of fixing my application for re-entry visa in buffalo (my 1st time)...can i ask what did u put on the question country where applying? status? from & to?
also the Details of Visit to Canada....im wondering how to fill this up since i am working as LCP...can u share infos please...thanks!
