  Has anyone applied in Sep for TRV in any of US offices and got visa by now

I did send my package in Sept they recieved it on the 12 th and untill now I have not heard anything from them nd got nothing back. My flight is going to be canceled tomorrow. I sent my passport to Bufallo. and you?
