Hi everyone.

My wife and I have applied under the skilled worker class
in Sept 2006.  The acceptance letter we got mentioned
our file number and further stated that we have 36-42 months
of WAITING TIME.  According to this, I figure that we should be
called for an interview between Sept 2009 and Sept 2010 (or about 3-4 years).

I asked this earlier as well but did not get any proper feedback...

Does anyone know which year's ISLAMABAD applicants
are they processing presently (as of March 2008) ?

and...

by HOW LONG does our waiting time get pushed back if the
posted average processing time on the website has changed
to almost 5.8 years (80%) ?  Does this delay our application
as well? Shouldnt the applications which come after (in cue)
be given a fresh timeline and not delay the existing cases?

Some applications have been called sooner for interview from
the AOR estimate date and visa versa. How does one calculate
a realistic time on this?

Regards...

These days applications of year 2003 are being processed and I am also one of them. You people will have to wait with a great patience. Presently the time frame for application processing in Islamabad from 67 to 70 months. Good Luck
