Hi everybody,
I am looking for reviews of the applicants those who got refused by CIC by some reasons and got PR in FSW category after making an appeal...Plz. send your valuable responses/experiences...

I do not know of anyone, but there's no harm in appealing your case.  Worst case scenario is further rejection, but if you have a good reason for a reconsideration of your case, you should go ahead and process with the appeal.  G'luck to you.
