hi,
I've crossed more than 120-days. still no news from NDVO. I wonder what is the real issue? why they are delaying? According to the new rules post 26 june people who apply here on wards will get their visa in 6-8 months time frame. what a crap it is. all lies just to make money. I applied on Dec 2010 still my status shows RBVO. God knows what's happening?
Dear Seniors please share ur opinions about this RBVO drama... When can i get released from this RBVO status? After this how long more i will be stuck in process drama? It's been more than 8-months since i applied to CIC sydney.
thanks & many thanks in advance.
regards,

There is no need to create another thread for this class of applicants. They abound in all the visa offices. My case has been on since Dec 2010. How many days are there? No need brother.

I've passed more than 5-months in RBVO. Undecided So what u guys think? Taking into account the days passed in RBVO, will there be any kind of situation like this stuck in Inprocess status for again more than 100-days. Usually how long does it take to get medicals after Inprocess status? would appreciate your sincere opinion on this.
thanks

FD.

so according to 2nd AOR which says that if you dont hear anything from Visa Office till 6-months, you are advised to contact the local visa office. So are there anyone here who have crossed 6-months and still not received any communications from local visa office?
What you guys say should i contact Local visa office after 6-month or wait Undecided
thanks & regards,

OK, so from Sonir's link to the spreadsheet, it seems to me like those who received visas take approximately 250-300 days for the whole process.
