Hello Guys,

Has anyone sent their passports using DHL courier services to any High Commission abroad???
Kindly share your experiences as it might be useful in the forum as there are many people like me who have applied from outside India and are currently in India or vice versa??

Many Thanks

Hi,

I understand that it is against the rule in India to send passport abroad by mail or courier. But  people used to send it to avoid  difficulties  to go and get the PP stamped abroad. A problem will come up only if the PP is lost in transit and for  applying  for a duplicate. However you can take risk if it is the only possible way.
