stay of proceedings by

I was arrested almost 2 years ago , and   they dont charge anything, and the paper from the  court say    Final disposition:  stay of proceedings by ( the name of the judge)

What were you arrested for? Furthermore, anyone can get arrested. The question is ----->Were you convicted of a crime?

yes i was arrested for used a credit card's friend,  but was no charge later, and  they give me a paper were say  Final disposition:  stay of proceedings by ( the name of the judge ) 
and i call the the court and they tell me there are no charge , im not a  convicted.

On the app say you were arrested...and attach documentation. You should be fine.
