Yeah, I've heard of a few recently. Usually the reason is insufficient points. Although I've seen one case on another forum where the applicant was considered inadmissable because of a criminal record.

Yes, the employment letter doesn't support the claimed NOC especially in 0213 no managerial experience and 4131 where they are teaching at a high school.
