i m from nakodar (jalandhar)...... applied in jan 2010, FTD: 10 march 2010,  Inprocess: 15 feb,2011, additional doc request: 14 feb 2011....... till now waiting for there further response...... its almost 45 days..... feeling very helpless.......waiting for MR.....

My second AOR is in Sept2010.My case is in process with RBVO.Waiting response from CHC,but feeling that they are very slow and one should not keep high hope.With such attitude of CHC is keeping us on back seat in the life.it is because we cant take any decision for our progress.

Just saw this thread and being a Ludhianvi i am bound to reply

I applied in June 2009 for AEO  and got that in Oct 2009 ..
then in Nov 2009 sent my docs to CIC canada but they returned the file with some query about AEO..
we again applied on Feb 10th 2010 and got the AOR on 23rd March 2010 ..

Sent full docs on 10th April and CIC sent the medical request on 10th June(after in process) .. but unfortunately the medicals got lost in the mail and we didnt know about that so we waited untill Aug end and sent them an e-mail ..

After Our e-mail the VO called and Upon a humble request the VO aggred to re-sent us the medical forms.
We submitted them our PP's and medicals in Oct end.

Well, the quickest was getting back the PP's visa  .. we got it in 12 days after sending the PP's 

Me and my husband live in US but we applied from New delhi CIC instead of buffalo because delhi was faster than buffalo

                  only god knows or CHC-ND knows that when they r sending me medical request...........i have sent a case specific inquiry 2 times but no reply ...... after that sent a email to CHC ND......BUT till now no response from there side.........

EVERYTHING FINISHED FOR ME.........I hv got rejection frm CHC ND....but d reason is realy surprising me...they said ....they r nt satisfied wid my employment nd r nt satisfied wid my job duties.  plz help me frndz coz i hv genuine job n  experience. how can i convince thm? they hvnt even enquired abt anythng frm my employer ...on wat basis they hv rejected my file....m totally lost!

It's really a very sad news, but u can't satisfied them now because you already got your rejection.you can appeal against your decision but this method is very expensive and time consuming and u have to appeal in Canada not in India.
You can do  one other thing that is re apply .if you re apply make sure your jobs and duties are matched with your noc mentioned in chc sites. And make sure your jobs duties and roles,job title clearly mentioned in your company letter head and signed by authorized person.

what is bothering to me is they should have given her one chance to prove her employment or job duties etc.

what is the logic that CIO has approved the case and it took them one year to decide this rejection ground which should have been done at CIO level. atleast she could have saved her one year.

this is how chc works
cio only takes face value into account , but actual screening happens at chc level because they know the local conditions better then cio. they have the power whether to consider the institution valid , job duties are matching etc. job and responsibilities that of CIO & CHC are clearly mentioned. yes they should not wasted that much time to reject a case , but nobody can do anything about it . they only have nine VO to look after so many cases.
