hi dear, thanx, my wife is main applicant n we hav applied through an agent (pioneer) chandigarh. she has applied in april 2010. we got married in oct 2010. we hav sent full documents in nov and got second AOR on 22nd dec and now waiting for medical. dont know how long it will take. tusi kehdi noc vich apply kita hoya ? |

tell me one thing, if your points as a spouse are not calculated, then will your wife be getting 67 ? points or your points are necessary to complete the total.
Becoz if your points are definitely needed only then chances are more that they will ask for marriage authenticity otherwise it should be ok...........

I have a question if some one can answer it.
I was in the USA on L1A visa for company "A", which was valid till 2012, I changed the status from L1A to H1b in December 2010 and I joined the new company "B" in 11 feb 2011. However my previous company didn't release me on 15th. Infact they released me without any experience letter on 22 Feb 2011. So there is an overlap of around 11 days.
Will that cause any problem. I talked to both the companies and no body is ready to adjust. Please advice.
