At the moment, it is not even known if the list will change. You should watch this space:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#listOn July 1st, the caps will be reset and if the list will change, I find it likely that it will happen at the same time, however, it really could happen at any time, you never know or maybe the list will remain the same for another year.
