anybody can guide on status update to CHC

hi
my case is in CHC delhi.i have shown experience of the job i was currently working.
but after the medicals i quit job.
do i need to update this info to chc or do dis matter at all after the medicals?
my med done in oct 2010 and still waiting for visa,,
please guide
