Hi,

There is no difference between University and General categories.

Post September 2011, CHC prefer to use the word General category alone which includes University + non SPP + SPP first time visa refused applicants.

Hi,

Your first post was about University category, not University checklist.

As I said earlier, General Category include;

1. SPP rejected applicant.
2. Non SPP applicant
3. University applicant

so that University checklist is for number 3.
