It does not seems to be a so good sign. Another member whose status was in process with RBVO details got telephonic interview call.

or

It might be that CHC are moving to new system. Most of the post june 26 applicant also getting in process.

He has an AEO, so maybe his process is done a bit differently and he also received a letter to comment on his poor ielts score of 5.5

So basically all the applicants who have In process with RBVO status have not received any medical requests.

I think in all cases where current status in "In Process" and inside status in "RBVO" are result of an e-cas error due to migration from CAIPS to GCMS.

Otherwise how a person whose 1st AOR is of Oct'10 gets "In Process" status where Mar'10 & Apr'10 applicants status is still "RBVO"?
