Any way decision can be made before Non accompagnying dependants medical done?

Hello and happy thanksgiving to all.
My file has been in queue for quite a long time now and whenever I check with CIC, I always get the same response: We currently waiting the medical from the oversea ambassy.
P.S: Note that the oversea ambassy is supposed to contact the Non accompagnying dependants and have them do the medical exam. It's been 10 months so far and as of today, they still haven't contacted the dependants.
Due to that it seems like a final decision regarding my P R application can't be taken by the I O. I just wonder if there is any way to get arround this and have the I O complete the process of my application.

You can basically contact the embassy and explain to them by stating if the non accompany dependent medical or not.
If he is included in the application and will be joining you or later, he/she will have to get medical done as soon as possible to avoid more delay.
You have to contact them and be sure before decision is made. So is not made against you or thought maybe you abandoned the application.
