how to apply if RN is reached now

can I apply under other profession or I should continue with same.

I miss IELTS what happen if I send application without IELTS

1.  You can't apply as a RN until the new list of is released in July/12.
2.  If you can prove 1 years experience in another occupation in the past 10 in the list of "29" you can apply under that.
3.  No IELTs, application will be refused and returned.

You cant apply now for RN(Registered Nurse) but if any other suitable profession in list which is not reach there limit or very close to limit then why not you can apply for it.

Your second question is related to IELTS, you must have submit your valid IELTS test with your application in which category your are applying.
