Does newcomer has to pay the income tax from the first day of arrival? Any relaxation from Government Of Canada?

Which tax r u talkin about?

Income tax is payable over earnings only where as sales tax is built in the cost of each and every item purchased hence every body living in canada is liable to tax the moment he / she starts spending.  Grin

Income tax is from the day u start earning...
