Any Pakistani SINP Nominee, Applied in June-09 File Transfer to London Office

Hi All,

I have applied in June-2009 to Islamabad Office under Saskatchwen Nominee Programe, Documents and revised police certificates sent to Islamabad Office in Feb-2010, Sine Feb-2010 to date waiting........... ..........,File transfer to London Office June-2010

Any body with same status, or any one can tell me how long I have to wait for reply from CHC London

Hi,
I applied in Sep 2008 under ANIP Family stream. Submitted all documents and paid all fees in Feb 2010, transcripts, original degree and EILTS result in Apr 2010. My file transferred to London on June 30, 2010. Till then I am only waiting and praying. Cant' do anything else.

Two months before I sent Case Specific Enquiry, in reply they said I have to wait for Oct-2010, I have resent Case Specific Enquiry today again, lets see what the answer will be....

wether I need to prepare for IELTS or it is not mandatory for my category

you are nominated from which province?

if you had not given ielts at the time of nomination, please prepare your mind that they may ask it... they will give you 60 days to submit docs...

not sure if they are asking for files transferred from islamabad.. but they are asking for files directly given to london.

well they are asking ielts from sinp nominees... but all applied to london directly...be mentally prepared that they may ask for ielts...

Yes i got a letter in October 2009 for police certifiactes and schedule 1 form. Which i submitted in Nov 2009, after that no corrospondance and my file is transferred to CHC london on 30th June and after contacting CHC London in August they said wait till Oct 2010. May Allah Bless us All. Regards

Thanks God at las ti find another person who is Quebec applicant from Pakistan. I applied in April 2006, got CSQ on 17th April 2009, since 2nd June 2009 my case status is "in Progress". Case has transferred to London on 30th June 2010 and they told to wait till october 2010. on 20th october i got a mail about whether i continue /discontinue the case reply us and further process will continue after that i got reply of my case inquiry that my file is awaiting review by immigration officer. so still i am waiting for medical request. However the federal skilled workers who applied and submitted their doc. in aug 2009, got their medical request. God knows better when this will happen to us.
