Alhamdulillah I got PPR2. I only got passport request with no photos requirement in the letter. I was requested photos in PPR1.

Does anyone else have the same experience i.e. only passports (and address label) requested in PPR2 and no photos? Should I send photos to be safe since most people are requested photos in PPR2 or just passports is fine?

Pls help me urgently.

Regards

Dont send them any photos as that requirement has already been fulfilled in PPR1.
Send them what they have asked you which would be your original passport and a form for your mailing address. Photos are asked in PPR1 not in PPR2. So no need to be worry

when will I get the passport request ?

Can you please tell me this ? for MPNP general stream, how much time they take after the temporary file number and submission of required documents ? is the next step an interview call to the sponsors and my LOA ?
Kindly let me know approx duration like 1 year or 1.5 year is remaining ?

What questions will they ask from my sponsor ?

Can the friends who received their passports back with visa thru TCS (visatronix?) in Karachi confirm that they do call you at their center and not bring the passport at home? I am still confused if they bring the passport to home or you get a call and have to collect it from their center? I asked visatronix and they told me it will come to home..

Thanks.. Do they deliver to anyone at home or only the person addressed in the package from CHC (they would address principal applicant I believe)? Do they check ID card and anyone's id card is enough or the person addressed? Lastly, how much they charge (cash on delivery)?

Thanks for your answers and Regards

Alhamdulillah I got my visa and confirmation of permanent residence forms (COPR) today.

I notice a possible error in COPR. My marital status code is 1 while my wife's is 2. I think 1 stands for SINGLE and 2 for MARRIED. Can someone please check this in your form and advise? (esp. if the code for yourself and spouse is different or same.. may be it has some other meaning than what I think)

I see the same in family code i.e. 1 for me and 2 for wife but I think that is correct (1=principal applicant, 2=dependant). Can you confirm this as well please?

Lastly, in accompanying family members field, on my form my wife's given name is mentioned only while in her form my full name is mentioned. Is that how it is generally or this is also a mistake? Concerned because this relates to names which is important data.

Regards

Thanks sam pk.. But they have instructed to inform them about errors in the letter so I must. Right?

I noticed one more: in accompanying family members field, on my form my wife's given name is mentioned only while in her form my full name is mentioned. Is that how it is generally or this is also a mistake? Concerned because this relates to names which is important data.

Can you also confirm regarding family status codes? is it 1 for principal applicant and 2 for dependants?

Dear most probably COPR is a formality but you have must sure that your visa should be accurate  if any mistake have been taken on your visa then you should to inform them ok  yes its 1 for PR and if you accompanying 2 then 2 for dependants but i will checked it again ok not a problem .

Thank you sam pk. So nice of you. Alhamdulillah visa is fine.

Just to summarize:

1) Marital status: 1=SINGLE so this is a mistake in my form (you checked that 2=MARRIED right?)
2) Family status: 1=Principal 2=Accompanying spouse (so no mistake here)
3) Pls check your spouse's name in accompanying members field of your (principal applicant's) form and see if it's full name or given/first name only. I am concerned about this one as it is NAME although not actual name fields and they asked to return for fixing if error in name..
