Hooray  , you are right...Hooray... .I've received my PER on July 2011 and am still RBVO for 9 months and feel really *censored word*EDUP and annoyed...Hooray... , instead most VO's put applicants in progress much more quicker. and again ...Hooray... it is a real CELEBRATION ...Hooray... ...Hooray... Yes I hope- I hope that I will have a better future in Canada,
I hope that I will finish all this process and after that say to myself I finished in such a short time , and lots of other hopes :)BUT,
There is just one thing that I can't hope for   - Disappearance of Discrimination. Equal treatment for all the candidates.
It's more the 14 months >:(that I have filed the application and I Haven't received the MR yet, and for more I am a Quebec Selected applicant so I have gone through the background check once.
Anyway
I Believe in God.

so this story is about me.
may be u guys don't know that i m trying canadian PR for last 10 year, in between i was failed to get visa 3 times ( One PR refusal due to mismatch of duties after almost 6 years then 1 student visa and 1 case got back due to change of rules in 2008). thats why i chose my name STILLHOPE because i believed that there is still hope to get my PR to Canada. For this process u dont know how much difficulties, money and time i spend for this day.
So i only can say if u make a mind to get something dont give up until u get it, and i m sure u will get it one day with the grace of god.
again i want to thanks every one who support me on this process and good luck.
