Any one with the issue of child adoption

Good day to all
This is my own peculiarity. When I submitted my application I included my niece, my brothers daughter to my application , because my brother  is weak finacially. I hope this will not work against me or classifiy it as conveniece adoption because we share the same surname? please enlighten me.

Have you adopted your niece legally? I have adopted my nephew and niece in the middle of our application for FSW.

If you have papers to prove that your niece is legally your daughter, example adoption papers and birth certificate, I dont think it will be a problem.

If you could share some more details, so people would understand more your concern.

   Yes , I adopted her legally in the court of law in my country of origin, for now  i have interim and final order/certificate of adoption, the original birth certificate that  bear her parent name is with me.
I far have you gone with your processing, I am expectg MR now, I filled my application Jan 2010

We are already done with our second medicals. We had to repeat our medicals because ours expired last September. Our passports were already requested for stamping last January but since we have to wait for the finalization of the adoption, we have to defer everything.

Since she is already your daughter and you have all the legal documents to prove it, there will be no problem... Since we had the adoption in the middle of our immigartion application, we were asked to submit all the documents related to the adoption, court decision, certificate of finality, consent of parents, etc.

It's always nice to hear that other people also chose to adopt and love other kids and treat them as their own. When did you adopt? Girl or a boy? I adopted 2 kids, a girl and a boy.
