Any one successful without Reference letters

I do have the same problem as what you have quoted. and its getting difficult for reference letters..and no idea if experience letter will hold good or not.. ??

i am under 4131,,,,technical instructor,,,,i had given only appointment letter and experience letter,,,,no reference letter,,,,,,submitted my docs at CHC ND on 20 march 2010,,,got meds in dec,,got visa on 3rd march 2011,,,,,
