By "one one" I assume you mean "anyone"? And why is it so "urgent urgent"?

If you sent your full documents in August then I assume you are a pre-June-2010 applicant? If so your application at London will be processed on a lower priority than post-June-2010 applicants currently.

Pre-June-2010 applicants are, however, still getting medical requests and passport requests so I guess CIC are processing those steadily in between doing the new applications.
