My file has been transferred to NS on 9 th march 2009 from my local visa office, new delhi although my profession is not falling under 38 job categories. I am a marketin manager having five years experience performing all the duties of accomodation service managers, pls advice if there is any chance of acceptance or rejection. I got my file number  in oct 2008.

Nova Scotia will refuse it.

They just want to earn interest on millions of dollars they have taken from people like you and me as application fee. I was refused like yours and they have my money ie. $1100 since 1 year with no dime back till date. They are *censored word*s, that what I can say who have kept my money for year without a reason. I wish I woudn't have applied(I applied in April '08) but how do I know that they will pass a law in November which will make me ineligible as I had applied after Feb'08. How the heck I know in April that I am not eligible. Sons of b*tch*s.

Hello Manvi

Are you sure your job doesn't fall under NOC 1122? ... compare your job description with the NOC's one and if they're similar, you can apply.

Hello Manvi

1) Manvi's message is from 2009
2) NOC 1122 has reached its cap and applications without employment offers are no longer being accepted.
