if you want participate in IELTS test you must provide all materials.if you need any links put a comment below

Hello, I am new here.
I have to show 7 band in ielts individually.
In what ways and how can I practice for achieving 7 in each band?
I will appreciate all advice from those having great scores.By the way, I am seriously determined to reach my goal and it has no other alternative.I must have to go for it.Please share in your own perspective.I can understand the official English from BBC,UK but accent of Australia are very much changed than real British English.I follow BBC and ABC news.
Another problem,I feel stressed in ielts tests and mainly for listening because test is commenced with listening.so if i don't do well it affects other 3 parts.How can I make me confident much to get 8 in listening and 7 in others?
If i can secure 8+ in listening it can dramatically change my confidence that I know.
Currently in this stage, I am expecting advice regarding listening and reading for General Training.
