Dear Friends
How r u. I would like to know about Manitoba PNP. I have read Manitoba PNP but have some confusion regarding different issues.
1- It is necessary to get job offer for PNP immigration?
2- I have 60 points, am i eligible?
3- If yes, then how can I start the process? through lawyer or consultant?
4- Approx total cost for PNP immigration?
5- I am commerce graduate, done 3 years diploma in software engineering and have 4 years experience. May i apply for PNP??
6- I have some friends in Toronto and Winnipeg, how can they help me for the process?

Kindly assess my provided information and answer my questions to guide me.

Many thanks & regards

Everything should be in the Manitoba PNP site.
1. I do not think so.  Based on my 2002 application for MPNP, i did not have a job offer.
2. not sure of how many points these days
3. you should be able to apply by yourself without the help of an immigration consultant.  It just takes a lot of reading on their site.  Process is to apply to Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program first, then if approved, apply for Permanent Resident to CIC.
4. PNP fee is in their website...CIC is in their website
5. yes
6. i think its about 5 friends you have in winnipeg or a single relative would be a lot better.
