Dear.. same problem my friend also had..

he appeared two times for the IELTS test, but his score was not enough ..!!
And his excuse was also same like urs....."NO TIME" !!

He received the REFUSAL letter..!!

So if u r really interested for ur future in CANADA, then reappear for the test again AT ANY COST...!!

its 5 points clearly see the chart. who says its 4. you get 2 in speaking and 1 each in listening,writing and reading
