Gill Veer don't worry u will get fast processing like Harry but u need to submit whatever Visa office ask, in quick time. You will get medical before the end of this year or it could be quicker as well if Canadian labour market ask for 3233 NOC people. Be positive. I am still waiting for my passports, may be I will get my passport back within this week.

Hey guys,
Hope you all doing good. Now tension starts here after a long long wait my online application status is showing decision made. This is what it shows.
"Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 22, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Sydney Australia office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 15, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
NO FURTHER DOCUMENTS WERE ASKED WHATSOEVER. NO MEDICAL REQUEST was sent and only DECISION MADE is appearing as u can see in my status above. I have not contacted my lawyer in canada as it is late night there. Dont know what does this means but online search shows that most likely it will be a rejection. Hope IT WILL NOT. Because I have spend thousands of dollars on this : @
Anyone out here any idea about this? Please reply urgently. Thanks

But some other applicants like sukh has done medical and he is waiting for pp back. so lets hope we will get through as well.

Dear abc_xyz, So sorry to break the ice first, it is most probably a rejection. I have came to the same conclusion after reading so many blogs. But just to add a bit my application was at first reject by Nova Scotia office but my lawyer did appeal and we won. Now I am wondering if they have same objections than how could appeal tribune approved my application before. As my lawyer said they will only check documents for genuiness and nothing else because eligibility test is already done in nova scotia.The only thing on which they can do drama is work experience but if i got success in nova scotia do u reckon they can still reject for the same in sydney australia? Do they give chance to appeal if it would be a rejection? All of my documents are 100% geniune the only reason i know they can give is that my job responsibilties doesnt match witg their occupation. Although I know they are. Anyways can anyone answer my above questions |
