Hello Beautiful People,
I am done with my IELTS and about to apply for my FSW VISA under NOC 7242. I am comfortable with the application process but I am not sure if i have to go through an agent or apply myself. The agent can ask anywhere between $2000 to $3000 USD.
So the question is:
Have you used an agent to apply on your behalf ? Whats the experience like ? Is it worth it ?
Note: I had applied for my working holiday visa to Canada and I received it last week. Its like a backup to live and work in Canada (atleast for 2 years(.

here i want some advice and info from experts. i mailed sydney vo(aus) that i am coming back from overseas and asked for current status of my application.
sydney vo(aus) replied me as bellow
Dear Sir/Madam,
We will need more time to process your case since some additional verifications need to be undertaken with partner agencies.
We will keep you informed if we need more documents or information.
Thank you
my current status of ecas is "in process" and inside details are as bellow:
We received your application for permanent residence on October 15, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 15, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October 31, 2011.
can any one tray to explain , still how long i have to wait for any decission...
i am really sick and tired of this waiting game...

Hi Leh0321, I am also pre Feb 2008 applicant. I submitted documents in March, 2010, since then I have not got any response from Sydney, CHC. Have you got the update request? For your information, in this forum all the members are from post Feb 2008 groups. Can we start a forum for pre Feb 2008 Sydney, Australia applicants?
Hi Catoda, My apologies for the late reply, I'm not sure if there is already a forum for us Pre-February 2008 who applied on Sydney, Australia. Would you like to start? I know a few other applicants who applied earlier than me and are still waiting from VO Sydney, Australia. You're luckier than me, as I have not heard from then except when they confirmed my change of address after a number of tries to update them previously. But at least now my eCas displays the correct address which is better than no update at all. I asked for another CAIP Notes after I received a confirmation that my address has been updated, hopefully they have updated my BF'D with a more definitive date than the last time I checked. As long as I hear from other people that they are getting their visa from CHC Sydney, Australia I won't lose hope though my patience is already flagging. If you're still up to it, we can try and start a new forum to get the consensus of all applicants within our timeline. Cheers |

just a quick update from me..nothing happened since I got this:

I only hope they did not forget me??
My wife and I are currently in Europe on holidays, spent Christmas in Vancouver, soooo lovely! I truly hope they are going to move quicker, getting itchy feet here!
