2.They ask for interview before medical or after medicals?

VO Sydney I guess will waive your interview as long you have submitted documents that supports your using English most of your life like during schooling and at work.

Hi guys, Just letting you know we had to update our contact details so was in touch with Sydney VO in which we also asked how our application is going.  They said they are currently working on July 2011 applicants and our application is in the queue to be viewed by a visa officer, so looks like we still have a few months to wait...oh well, at least some idea.  If anyone has heard otherwise let me know.

Why is CIC so biased in dealing with applications. I feel my case has been one of the fastest at sydney VO.

Exactly Harry paaji....if your application has been finalized within a year then others who have applied had some hope...but the news that Whinz got from CHC is demoralizing ...I am here on a temp residency with visa till June 2013...they better do something before that......

yeah agree, we were hoping to be there in a few months to start work over summer but looks like we will be delayed which is very unfortunate...i guess it will depend how many applicants are in the queue still?  maybe there is still some hope that they are processed in the next few months and before MI5 is released.
