Thanks A lot Bhai but I am not sure whether its good sign or not as inside detail is old......My AUZ visa expired today so I am on bridging visa now onwards of PR 857...Do you think, I should inform vo too regardin current status or wait for ask for??? ohh...so actually u applied rsms(gud on u !!!!)... in my case my tr has already exp. last yr nov and rite now i m on 12 mnths of brid B... i think vo will ask for that. i don't think we suppose to informed thm regardig this matter still ask somebody like mitali or wayne.... |

Hello guys,
If you have renewed your visa from Aussie, you must send a copy to VO-Sydney coz in my my case I forgot to send the copy of our visa after it was renewed and only after we moved in to a new address that I sent the update for the change of address and I attached our new visa, then that's the only time the VO started processing my application. I recommend to update VO so that your application will be process without any delay.

GIL, The average processing time has been updated by VO, Sydney to 19 months. I am comparing with May 2011 , when it was 15 months. Apparently, VO Sydney is the slowest in the business. Chazza |

One of my friends from same NOC got MR last week ,we had applied together he applied by himself and we hired a crooked consultant
friends can anybody guess what can b the reason of my case for such a long In Process status?
Kunwar, Each case is unique and is processed separate to the onces filed around the same time. I know some one who applied a month after me , his passport got stamped in 6 Months flat and i am still waiting for a PPR 13 Months into the case. So, you never know. All the best Chazza ! |

You are right Chazza. Their working is very unreasonable. My application was approved within 6 months, for me Sydney VO was very fast but for others painfully slow.

Thanks mate, sad news , my employer got call from VO few days ago , he replied to VO iam still working there as i had wrked from 2007 to 2009 there , any idea anybody ? What would happen now?

You might soon get a procedural fairness letter to clear vo's concerns. Best thing you can do is to order GCMS notes as soon as you can.
