@ Fariza . Hey. Did u get any reply from cic regarding ur query. My address disappears on Tuesday and yesterday bt today it's allright . Till now No reply from cic regarding my case specific enquiry. On Monday I fax a "change of address" form to cic sydney.but no conformation whether they receive that fax or not. I don't know whether they update my new address in their records or not. Sorry if there is any mistake Bcoz m in train and posting this from my I phone. It's almost one week since I visit this forum Bcoz I was out of Melbourne for some work. Anyway good luck to all of us. Thanks.
No mate nothing from CHC so far... Disappearing address seems happened in general and it means they are updating system (If I am not too wrong). Lets see if anything changes by next week. Lets keep all about any updates we receive... That will really help to track our cases... Looking forward to next week..... All the very best for you all as always.... Com'on Sydney..... |

Don't worry its just the transformation of personal data to GCMS and it seems Sydney CHC are getting into GCMS like many other already... [I think its getting only for the 2010 applicants as mine one (2009) remain the same] Unless you have dates mentioning the start of processing you probably still at RBVO... even if your E cas showing In process but inside wording does not reflect the start of processing date then it will be RBVO..... But anyway I am sure it will be happened for you soon (by this quarter (Q2) ... April to June 2011)...All the best |

Well mate there is o need to get any news.. if you track the time line with all we are waiting... the slow processing times at CHC not difficult to get at..... The maximum time now a days taking in between 3 stages... 1. From AOR to turn into In process 2. From In-process to get MR and from Med done to get PPR...... the average time of processing time for fast track has already been increased (in contrast to what indicated in CIC web for Sydney CHC about 10 months up to Dec 2010) to 18 months and now its turning to be 24 months.... By the way what is your agent saying to you exactly about it.... If you could share for all of us here please.... |

GCMS stands for Global case management system which is a computerized system of archiving all records (including VO's comment on each file) of processing. This is a new system replacing which used to be we get through ordering CAIPS... So now if you want to get a detailed insight of your case you can order GCMS (Preferably suggested for those who been waiting beyond normal processing time... pl note now the normal processing being extended over 18 months!!) but I am not sure how this will bring change the way we see our status at E cas though!! GCMS has been started enrolling the new applicants (post June 2010 and probably including from the point back for all 2010 applicant...). It will be good for the management of cases as the applicant's information will be made accessible globally at any CHC... Sorry I am not a FSW2 applicant.. All the best mate |

@ Fariza there is nothing such a new/news said by my agent, simply he says u will get medical towards end of this april and truely speaking i do believe him. he is a good certified agent leading to success to his clients .Most of my friends who have reached there and r ready to go from my country r guided and helped by him... He frequently says there is no chance of rejection etc etc... However, Hoping to get visa by so called fast track within 6-12 months , i lost my time and other imp chances here...

Not officially appears or amended yet in CIC web page though but one of our forum friend (applied under Sydney CHC) being replied on his case specific query and it mentioned that the current processing has been further extended ... It also not hard to assess as well from following many of our time line .... If you browse back to this thread will notice no news of visa, MR or PPR in last few months.... Usually the processing time at CHC supposed to count from the submission of full docs as far as I know.... |

Further to my last post pl find the source below as one of our forum friend Sukh got reply from CHC as to be the processing time being extended... Sorry I mentioned it to be 18 months but its actually 15 months they said... usually the median length applies for 70-80% of cases while the others might ranged out of this length... like 18-20 months.... Guys please check the reply I got from Sydney AUSTRALIA, In my AOR it says 6-12 months
