Dear Shazada0786,

AOR stands for Acknowledment of Receipt. Normally, CIC London office does not sent AOR to Provincial Nominees. It takes about 8 to 9 months for Medical or any additional documents call if they require. Be patient it too early to worry about.

send them an email inquiry about ur step 2 ,normally people get step 2 with in a month
