You don't need Sweden PC after the day you moved back to Pakistan, which i think is 2010.
What i understand you have already sent the Sweden PC from 2005 to 2010 if yes then you are all good to go. Now you don't need it except the Paki PC since you moved here.

HEY GUYS
thanks for the help and info.
i moved out from Sweden in 2005 but i apply for SINP IN 2009, then how can they ask for a 4years old PC from Sweden ? when it is mentioned on the CIC WEBSITE "
" The certificate must have been issued no more than three months prior to submitting your application "
i send them one PC from Lahore from 2006 to 2010 and when i did the medicals in NOV - 2010, I sent them again an updated PC from Lahore. lets see what happens ? when i explained these things to them in an email last week they replied yesterday that they want my FILE NUMBER again ? so i sent those numbers aagain and now i am waiting--------- again for their reply ? hoping that everythings fine.

Hasse,
I moved out of USA in 2008 and i applied PNP in 2009. They asked me for my FBI and PC clearance reports for the period i have lived in USA (before 2008). It expires in 3 months dear but they need it once only to make sure that the time spent there had no criminal activity and they wont ask it again. I bet you have mentioned in your forms the time spent in Sweden and you were over 18 years. In this case now or after you will definately need the PC from Sweden.

This means that you Certificate should not be issued more than 3 months prior to submitting application. For example if you submit your application on 09-06-2011 then certificate must be issued on of after 09-03-2011. You need a Certificate from every country where you have lived for more than 6 months after 18 |

Please share if you have some fresh statistics or information about the CIC London office regarding Provincial Nominees and outcome of the cases.

I have got provincial approval for SINP and now applying to CHC London for PPR. I want to know that Bank Draft Drawn On from U.K. or from CANADA, mean clearing bank should be in U.K or in CANADA.
