Hasse and shan-e-haider please could u tell me how long does it take to encashed bank draft by CHC London.I sent file in month of feb to CHC London and draft hasn't encashed yet. In month of june it will expire as it has 6 months velidity.
mine encashed after 3 months. |

As per my knowledge of Saskatchewan rules this is not possible. The person being sponsored as the principal applicant should be at least inter (as per Pakistani standard) plus should have at least one year of additional education which should have resulted in a diploma or certificate. In addition the person being sponsored as the principal applicant should have one year of work experience related to the education. Has your brother in Saskatchewan applied for your brother to the Saskatchewan immigration department? GotoSask |

I personally know a person whose application was refused from Islamabad Office. The said person was a SK Nominee. Anybody knows anyone whose application has been refused by cic London office.
