hi sma,
nominated in july and my documents received CHC London on 4-oct-2010 and i still waiting for my medical request and send them inquiry and in reply they tell me my file number and said that they have recived my documents and advised not to contact before average processing time which is 6 months..may ALLAH help us all

Hello Asad, I have also sent the complete doc on Oct 2010, but as of yet no news, beside I have never try send any inquiry concering my application status so if i send an inquiry, can u pls let me know after how long would i receive feedback from London CHC? Thanks hi sma,

Man i get reply from them within 3days but the average reply time is 28 days and if ur application is under average processing time which exactly our apllications are there might b a chance of no reply. so send inquiry and dnt b dis heart if u dnt get reply. As we both apply in same month so stay connected with me and let me know if u receive any update from them..

Hello Asad, thanks for information, Yes we are still in normal processing time, and I am quite sure if I try to send a inquiry I would,nt get any feedback "that is why I did not try before" it seems that you had a great chance to got your file number, and at least understand, your application is reach and the CHC have start the assessment on it sure we would be in touch from this onward, &would update you in case of receiving any feedback, thanks SMA hi sma6603

i have submitted my application to CIC under the SINP Family Class Category and My file is also transfered to London Visa office on June 30, 2010, but i did not hear any thing from London therefore I sent inquery to London Visa office yesturdat and today i received the reply from Visa office that my file is awaiting for review by Immigration officer.

i know a person who did medical around your time (also transfer case). give it 2-4 months and you will have your PPR, inshAllah... |

Just wanted to share that I received reply to my enquiry from london within 3 days. It says:
Dear Madam / Sir,
This is in response to your enquiry.
Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.
Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post to the mailing address provided in the application.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
Yours sincerely,
Client Service Unit
Can someone help me to to figure out at what stage my application is?

i have also sent my medical and paid the fee to CHC London/all my docs were delivered at the office on Nov 3rd but still no reply as its been more than 3 1/2 months have passed by.
keeping my fingers crossed to me and to all waiting to have a good future.
