My timeline is very close to you and the only difference is visa office but I am still waiting for my medicals. It means that people who directly applied to London are getting updates. Don't know how much to wait..... but it should be done before its too late!

into my knowledge if you send any original doc, they will send medical request through TCS you otherwise normal service they use. I found my medical request on floor near my home's main gate |

As Karachi mentioned, I got it from normal post (the envelope was royal mail UK). Even I got our original nikah nama and birth certificates in the same. |

This is to advise that a letter was sent from our office on 23 December 2010, requesting further information and documentation. Furthermore, we are currently awaiting the results of routine background checks which are being conducted on file.

Congratulation to get Medical request, have they asked you about the IELTS? My file also transfered to London from Islamabad on June 30, 2011, but i did not hear any thing from London Visa office, i have sent e mail to them about the status and they replied to me that your file is awaitnig for immigration Officer to review.
