When did you submit your English Language Certificate? @ CIO or @ Province?
I just sent my file to CIO & according to current check list, they dont require experience letters, degrees & language proof at CIO level.
You got additional document request through snail mail......what was your issue & receive dates?
Im planning to appear in IELTS before they ask for it.....bcoz I guess 60 days are not enough to get nearest test date, appear in test, get result & post it in time. Im confused to appear in IELTS earlier or not.

i submitted that certificate at Province(SK) level i submitted ma case for nomination in feb 2011 n got file number in same month then exactly after one year i got nomination certificate n end of march 2012 i sent my file to CIO the letter which i received on 1st june they asked everything execpt IELTS, so i m confuse too yaar , dont know in future they will ask for it or not |

dear silent... according to new law ur application is catered after 1stmay'2012 so IELTS is mandatory now. u can appear in IELTS at present coz it will valid for two years so no worries. it wud be far better for u to have every thing ready wht they can ask.. |

Do you think that Visa Office can ask for IELTS at later stage if not asked with their first additional document request? Yup I also thinks that its better to get everything ready to avoid any delays. Regards |

y not?? VO can ask n e thing appropriate. As it is IELTS aint that much big nut to crack, so get it done AsAP is better. |

i have recived AOR cio, i m alredy sended bank statment, transcript,orginal experience letter,IELTS copy . but some people say that pnp required addictional doc.

Just to clarify you......that pak44/f received AOR from CIO, Nova Scotia.....Now his file is sent to London's Visa Office.....his VO is not in NS. Now Hez actually inquiring about first Additional Document request from London VO.....He sent his Bank Statement, Transcripts, Experience Letter, IELTS with his PNP application earlier.....He wanna know that VO will again ask for these or not? I satisfied him but he just wanna make sure I guess. Regards |
