i just got letter from london office , they asked.......


give full n detail explanation how u will become economically established in canada n wut u hv done to prepare for possible move to canada n wuts ur plan etc etc   write as much detail as possible n in ur own words

You just have to write about your plans to settle quickly in Canada.....like you can write that you will search for starter jobs as soon as you land, improve your job skills by doing few courses, & you'll keep on looking for job in your own field, improve your language skills, etc etc.

1 page be more than sufficient.....just write your plans in general.

What other documents do Visa Office ask from you? Kindly share your timeline too.

other documents they ask with the time limit of 60 days

1-availablility of funds , last six month bank statements
2-write ur plan in ur own wordz
3-if u still hve job offer then provide fresh job offer letter
4-ur current job experiece , ur duties, responsibility etc etc write in ur own wordz
5-educational proof- provide original degrees (if i provide original then will they return back my degrees?)

they will take decision on the basis of my letter ?

v got this letter in april 2011 and v had sent it by july 2011 after that v dint hear n e thing from embassy.
in this letter u have briefly describe how u will economically adjust in canada along with ur entire family...
authentic approach on how to settle will help u to prepare a better and worthy letter of support.
if u have any job offer discuss it on that with the technical skills of ur family members who can set-up
 themselves  or generate funds for them...
i hope this will help u abit.

Yup they'll return all of your original documents to you but through snail mail.

They didn't ask for IELTS? You already submitted IELTS at PNP level?

Your bank statement should be above CAD 10,000, if you dont have any dependents, otherwise add CAD 2,000 for each of your dependents like 10,000 + 2,000 = CAD 12,000 if you are including 1 dependent.

Oh my God......You applied under PNP & you didn't receive anything after July 2011?.....Visa Office is for sure so much unpredictable.....I have heard many members saying that they got stamped visa with in 10 months.....Did you inquire them through email?

Everybody has to submit this establishment plan so dont worry.

No this letter just tells them in short about your plans, they'll take decision on the basis of your education, employment etc etc.

yup we dint get any update since july 2011, i wrote them in feb2012 regarding our case, after 14days i got an email from LVO stating something like that

"we have received ur RPRF and other relevant docs we will surly contact u when we will be in position to contact you "

after that pity reply we all were very disappointed but GOD is great.
all we can do is wait n pray..

like ....  medium of instruction for all courses is english, all textbooks, exams, presentations, projects n lecturing is in english , so i think thats y they didnt ask for IELTS

When did you submit your English Language Certificate?  @  CIO or  @  Province?

I just sent my file to CIO & according to current check list, they dont require experience letters, degrees & language proof at CIO level.

You got additional document request through snail mail......what was your issue & receive dates?

Im planning to appear in IELTS before they ask for it.....bcoz I guess 60 days are not enough to get nearest test date, appear in test, get result & post it in time. Im confused to appear in IELTS earlier or not.
