AOA All,
London VO has asked me to submit Right Of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) 490 Canadian Dollars using bank draft/ bank cheque. All the banks are saying that I should open a foreign currency account then i'll be able to make a bank draft of Canadian dollars. Can anyone please guide me which banks in Pakistan can provide this facility and from which bank I should make the draft. I have account in HSBC..they were saying that they can make Demand Draft (DD) but in the letter from VO says  bank draft/ bank cheque...... Is  Demand Draft (DD) = bank draft/ bank cheque.

Also please give me any tips for medical which I should follow if necessary
