no body knows that and it is written no where... but we are saying 6 as it is a respectable score.

Canadian immigration's need is "6". as they mention in provincial nominee's guide documents.

I have not seen or found any such guide,  that sets IELTS score "6" standard for  Provincial nominee case.
It is a self assumption.

for your kind information that mean their require is  6 or more

this is the requirement of sinp and not cic/federal. each province has different requirement and i remember alberta only asked for 4 in ielts.

there is nothing documented in cic website for ielts requirement for pnp. ielts was not even part of checklist so visa officer will apply his/her own criterial.

but yes, 6 score is very reasonable.

if SINP family stream need 6 in ielts then defiantly in skilled category less than 6 is not good.....

Iram, Try your best to get highiest score. I guess, score 6. is minimum and MUST.
Only one case, I know, Under SINP-familly catagory, 4.5 is accepted.
But I do not trust anymore on SINP or CIC, both have different criteria, (as per of my experience)

hi all... i just got an email from london office ( i think it is kind of PPR).. they are not asking to directly submit passport to Islamabad / London as it is not allowed.

so they are asking to

first send the photcopy of passports, a form and also photographs to london.
then london office will generate the COPR and forward it to islamabad.
and then london office will intimate us to submit passport to islamabad for visa stamping...

UCongratulations.i have applief for snip fsmily strram and waiting for nomination.i wsnt your help regarding proof and soutce of funds.my query is that did you ask that you have not borrow that money ffrom any bank. I mean will the want to check that you did not borrow that funds.     k that providef funds ate you and are they adking everyone to prove the validity of funds? Thanks.

thanks, they did not asked specifically if the funds were borrowed. but since they are asking the source, it is implied that they want to check if the funds are, indeed, belonged to the applicant. also they ask that funds are net of all the obligations and loans.

Today I got AOR from CIC London. I applied to them on 26h April as Provincial Nominee.

they asked me to submit

* Medical
* ROPR Fee
* Proof of relationship
* Explanation of How I am planning to economically establish in Canada.
* Proof of Fund
* Source of how the funds are obtained with documented proof.

they also returned the original nikah nama and birth certificates.


Not sure how one can show the source of fund. I being a salaries employee can show the funds through statement. But how can I link my salary to the saving certificates/Fixed Deposit etc.

others might have done the same and may suggest you... but i think you need to show the sale documents of the land and also the inheritance documents if you inherited the property.

My brother sponsored me. he shows 10000 Dollar from his own bank account for my nomination. After nomination conformation i send all my Doc. to CIC Uk Office. Now i waiting for medical call. My question is that, when embassy will ask me prove of funds then i will resubmit  my brothers bank statement. is that work ?
