once u get ur passport with visa u have to enter Canada before ur medical expires...
when u send passport for visa just make sure it is valid for atleast 6 months...

u will get a guide with ur nomination letter which expains which docs and where to send ur appliction,,right nw just wait and relax bcz its a long way to go

The average timelime on cic website for london visa office is 15 months...

I think CHC London is issuing Medical request in PNP stream after submiting complete documents around in 5-7 months, so far 15 months is too much time till visa issuance.
